  • 2012Foundations of CX Index

    In 2012, founder David connected with Piotr, who joined as CTO and co-founder, bringing a wealth of technical expertise in developing custom technology solutions for clients, many of whom remain loyal partners.
  • 2014Building Partnerships and Winning Recognition

    In 2014, CX Index partnered with CarTrawler, devoting nearly two years to developing a bespoke solution to transform their customer engagement approach. This hard work paid off when, in 2015, CX Index and Cartrawler earned a prestigious global innovation award for customer experience at the Ovum Industry Congress in London.
  • 2016Recognized as a High-Potential Startup

    Enterprise Ireland recognized CX Index as a high-potential startup that underscored the company’s potential to reshape customer experience on a global scale.
  • 2018Expanding into Retail and Partnering with Twoday

    CX Index formed a long-standing partnership with Visma (now Twoday), which has only strengthened over the years, allowing us to serve over 20 clients together. In addition, we expanded into the retail sector, bringing on significant clients like Holt Renfrew and Musgrave.
  • 2020Cloud Transformation and Efficiency Gains

    Our journey to the cloud culminated in 2020 with the launch of our cloud app, which reduced onboarding times from months to hours for many clients, making CX Index more accessible and impactful than ever.
  • 2021Growing into the Genesys Ecosystem

    In 2021, CX Index embarked on a product-led growth strategy, focusing on the Genesys AppFoundry ecosystem. This new direction allowed us to develop a streamlined, scalable solution aligned with Genesys customers’ needs and ambitions.

    In 2023, we shifted our go-to-market strategy to prioritize partnerships. We strengthened our focus on partner enablement, collaborating closely with partners to deliver CX Index’s solution to a broader audience.
